ASM blocking request

Hi, We have deployed LTM alongwith ASM & are receiving following error while accessing 1 URL:e The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator. Your support ID is: 173820469311...

Does it go through the same ASM policy though or does the other portal point to a different one? This may explain the difference in outcome. I'd go to the reporting - requests part of the GUI and search for the Support ID. It should tell you why it's being blocked in here. Perhaps add the URL to the list of Allowed URLs. Under Blocking - Settings do you have Illegal URL set to Block?
