Are there any definitive steps to enable or trigger REST API service in F5 LTM v11.4.1?

i understand you just add and start icrd service.

 tmsh modify sys service icrd add

i am not sure if it works in 11.4.1 (i do see it works in 11.5.1). anyway, you also need json file to create icontrol rest api user role. if you would like to try, can you open a support case?
