Regarding: " Can I create A record for ALL (XYZ.com/abc...XYZ.com/xyz) or only one A record for XYZ.com"

 

You need to create A record for the FQDN eg wip.xyz.com and not the URL, the DNS resolves the FQDN and not the URL or URI.

 

Regarding: "how many listener we required for this scenario two or one ? for two ISP links"

 

The listener configuration depends on what DNS zone is delegated to the F5 DNS
