You can create two virtual servers with the same IP address and port, but only if certain other configuration settings cause the servers to be listening for different types of traffic. For example, one could be configured with a TCP protocol profile, the other for UDP. Or you could use the Source Address setting to have one listen for traffic from a specific range of client IP addresses, and the other to the rest (or to a different range). Other than that, I'm not aware of any other exceptions. The BIG-IP system should warn you when you try to save a virtual server if it creates any overlapping configuration or traffic conflict with another virtual server.
