Does LTM cache DNS entries in ramcache if no web acceleration profile applied to the virtual server

Trying to understand how DNS caching works on the LTM. If I do not apply a web acceleration profile to that virtual server will it cache DNS entries in ramcache? My virtual server uses an irule RES...
