Epic loadingtimes in web UI

Hi guys,   does anyone else experience humongous loading time of the GUI sometimes? We have one F5 that takes up to 20 seconds to load the skin.jsp no matter what browser I try. Here's what HTTPf...

The weird thing is that a colleague that sits on the same net as me is not experiencing these issues which ought to rule out duplexing issues or other infrastructure issues close to the F5.
