Error: SyntaxError: Unexpected token Error

dears,

I have an issue with one of my web applications, after users check on the tab under a specific URL this error appears ( Error: SyntaxError: Unexpected token '<', "<html><hea"... is not valid JSON ) and after disable the policy from VS the error solved

    JRahm may be able to help with a syntax question when he gets back from his PTO, if nobody else has answered first.

    Hi Amr_Ali what type of policy is applied to the VS? If WAF policy, are you able to find in the devtools the ajax call and see if there is an WAF support id?
