For testing I configured the iapp with a new vip, plan is to create an access policy independent of the iapp, customize that policy and apply it. So for this has not been successful.
steps I followed.
- configured iapp with new vip - tested access to owa - test is good.
- created new access policy, no customization, all parts side by side identical to config in iapp.
- reconfigured iapp, applied independent access policy - test fails, with the independent access policy applied a successful login takes you to the owa login page in Exchange.
- reconfigured iapp, applied access policy from my production iapp and I get the same result. It appears that any access policy, other than the one the iapp configures will give the same result. A successful login takes me to the owa login page.
Looking at session manager, compared line by line with the 2 connections, I don't see a difference.
