Hi,
In this case i advise you to send an email to support with serial (you can obtain the sn here: System ›› Configuration : Device : General).
You can too send an email at SupportOne@ with all information with
- registration key.
- serial number.
It will be a "service contract" problem... you can contact your account manager too...
