I think so;

The F5 BigIP failover cable pinouts are as follows; 


        Pin Pin 
DTR 4 6 DSR
SG 5 5 SG
DSR 6 4 DTR
RTS 7 8 CTS
CTS 8 7 RTS

The maximum recommended length is 50 feet (approximately 15meters.)
