    You should really not use iRules that you not understand, but anyway:

    when HTTP_REQUEST priority 500 {
  if { ([string tolower [HTTP::path]] starts_with "/ckyc/") && ([whereis [IP::client_addr] country] ne "IN") } {
    drop
  }
}
