Hide URI From users

I have a site which is www.web1.com/testing     When users hit this url, I want to hide anything after the / in the browser. There are other folders below the /testing, but I want to hide this ...

Kevin's got this one nailed in the other thread. Check it out. Basically it's technically possible but not realistic for an entire site while maintaining functionality.
