if still enabled, you can try disable "Acknowledge on Push" in virtualserver's client (side) tcp profile, so that f5 will acknowledge client's push without waiting for first segment of server response.

Its "Performance Layer 4" VS with FastL4/npath profile, can't apply TCP profile.
For testing I tried switching to "Standard" type and tune TCP profile, getting same >100mks latency.
On i4600 (no ePVA chip) "Performance Layer 4"/FastL4 profile software acceleration doesn't work, getting same latency as "Standard".
On 5K platform with ePVA chip latency ~10-15 mks.
