try this irule:

when HTTP_REQUEST {
    if {[string tolower [HTTP::host]] equals "test.com} {
        switch [HTTP::path] {
            "/" -
            "/SUNFLOWER*" {pool FLOWER}
            default { HTTP::redirect /SUNFLOWER[HTTP::uri]}
        }
    } else { pool OTHER}

}
