when HTTP_REQUEST {
  if { [HTTP::uri] equals "/psren"} {
    pool RenAppServerPool
  }
}

And then have a pool called RenAppServerPool that has 2 poolmembers using group priority activation (Appsvr1:7180 with a higher priority than Appsvr2:7180).
