Issues Integrating Compass Mobile Tree with F5

Hi all,

I'm having trouble integrating Compass Mobile Tree Employee Portal with our F5 setup. Key issues include:

  1. Session Management: Users experience frequent logouts.
  2. Authentication: SSO is not functioning properly.
  3. Performance: Slow access during peak times.
  4. SSL Offloading: Problems with secure connections.

I’ve verified F5 settings and tested performance. Any advice or similar experiences?

    Despite adjusting load balancing and reviewing SSL configurations of CompassMobile.Dollartree.com Login, the problems persist. I’ve checked logs and F5 analytics but haven't pinpointed the root cause. Any advice or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated.
