Hopefully you have auditing turned on and can check the audit logs. They are located at /var/log/audit or audit.1.gz, audit.2.gz, etc. Otherwise you can look at the dashboard (if you are running I think 11.4 or later) and change the time to month. The little red balls at the bottom with designate days with changes and what was changed.
- BJ_114988May 27, 2015Nimbostratusthanks Steve! . unfortunately I am using 10.2.4 version
- boneyardMay 28, 2015MVPso still the audit logs can be useful. but personally i have seen this too often without a good cause. if you are sure nothing change just sync the units.
- Steve_M__153836May 28, 2015NimbostratusAgreed. Also there are some locations within the GUI that will generate a "change" even if you don't change anything. Especially in v10.2.x. These locations include the config menus for SNMP, Remote Logging, DNS, NTP, and I think there are more. Could have just been the version/hotfix I was on, but as soon as I entered one of those menus when I was running 10.2.2 it would pop to 'Changes Pending.'
- BJ_114988May 29, 2015NimbostratusI tried to sync units , and issue went away!...raised a case with F5 , but F5 did suggested that sync units and if it doesnt sync then perform some steps in sol https://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/solutions/public/7000/000/sol7024.html. this is often common in my environment , today again observed same behavior on other pairs of F5. "there is no way to check what changes have been done " F5 said Thanks steve and Boneyard for suggestions!
