Hi,

If the XFF header is present with a value, you can use this: 

 
 when HTTP_REQUEST { 
    if {[HTTP::header X-Forwarded-For] != ""}{  
       persist uie [HTTP::header X-Forwarded-For] 900 
    } 
 }
