persistence based on uri call

Hi Jace,

makes sense. Based on your input, the irule should look like 

when HTTP_REQUEST {
        if { [HTTP::uri] equals "/dispatch/admin/StartAdmin.html" } {
               persist source_addr 255.255.255.255 2100    
        }
}

Means only when starting the admin console at that specific path, a persistence record is created.
