I also heard that is another way to migrate for different hardware.... Can you please advise?

It is possible to use an SCF file to migrate between dissimilar versions or hardware, but you have to be pretty familiar with the SCF to know what to excise and what to keep. It might be time to think about engaging F5 PS for this upgrade.

I'm sorry but what is F5 PS? And it is really sure that using an SCF file can help to migrate everything from 3600 to new 4000?

I think there're not any assuarance on migration...rather it's case by case. (if you need F5's guarantee, this is the time asking paid support)
