Policy Mode: Blocking and Policy Builder - ?

When we keep the Policy in Blocking mode then what will be the status of Policy builder?   enabled Disabled   Please answer

Application Security --> Policy Building --> Status (Automatic) Real Traffic Policy Builder is Enabled Note: Policy is in Transparent Mode. Now I want to change the mode from Transparent to Blocking. What will be the status of Real Traffic Policy Builder? (Enabled or Disabled) Please explain
