Portal Access through Proxy

Hello,   I'm trying to configure a Portal access through a proxy. I did as usual but I added the IP and port of the proxy the Big-IP should use in the 'Proxy Host' and 'Proxy Port' fields.   ...

Unfortunately the Portal Access Engine cannot use a proxy in the case of HTTPS sites. This is F5 bug ID 340549.

 

There is a workaround that works for most cases. You'll have to create a support ticket for more analysis and troubleshooting though.
