Push Policy through REST or "tmsh -c" to 50 LBs

Hi!

I am trying to push a (default) policy to all my 50 Lbs (running 12.1.4) where part of the rule is a location redirect value:

tcl:https://[getfield [HTTP::host] ":" 1][HTTP::uri]

I am having issues send the ":"

Any suggestions? Thank you in advanced
