You may be able to get some help from the BIG-IP iHealth diagnostic tool (https:/). It can help you identify a lot of unassigned configuration objects, such as HTTP classes, iRules, monitors, nodes, policies, pools, and SNAT pools. You can also use it to view all unavailable (due to monitor) or disabled pools (or virtual servers). If you run iHealth diagnostics once a month (recommended), and use the iHealth comparison feature, over time you should be able to determine if you have servers that have been down for a period of time.
