SFTP not disconnecting

I am having a problem with an SFTP Virtual Server that I have setup. The client it is for is saying that the connection is not disconnecting at all when they close out of their FTP program.

 

I have it setup on TCP/22. I am wondering is the Keep-Alive Interval that is defaulted to 1800 seconds would be coming into play here with the SFTP connection that is being made?

 

I am also using a custom oneconnect profile for them as well which has the idle timeout override set to 1800 seconds.

 

When going through the F5 for SFTP connections, do those connections honor the specified timeouts even when the user disconnects their session?
