You could use IP::stats (
Click here) to get the statistics. The next step would be storage. You could also use the STATS profile (
Click here) to store the information but you still need to send it somewhere to report it. That part is more difficult I suspect.
A sure proven way which is going to cost you money is to spend $ for a packeteer product or Cisco's NAM II(if you have the right switch or router than can support it). I prefer Cisco NAM II because it's easier it records up to 30 days of data, it can send reports at whatever time you want AND it has a built in sniffer.
