Traffic Group Fail over unsuccessful (Cluster : LTM 6900 & 4000s)

yes BIG-IP 11.5.2 Build 0.0.141 Final all the same version.

I trust the network failover settings are setup on the 4000 devices? Do you see any traffic if you run tcpdump? Did you check the ltm log file?
