Understanding Websense Use of Storage

Trying to figure out what is happeing wiht storage on mycomp-any-supplied laptop.

According to Windows File Explorer, the folder at c:\program files\websense is using 490MB storage

According to WinDirStat, the same folder is using 80GB.  

To me, that is a big difference. Why the difference in these reports and what does it mean?
