I believe this iRule should work for you.

when HTTP_REQUEST {
if { [string tolower [HTTP::host]] starts_with "www." } 
    { 
        HTTP::respond 301 "Location" "https://[findstr [string tolower [HTTP::host]] "www." 4][HTTP::uri]" 
    } 
}
