XML Format for set_member_session_enabled_state

Your enclosing item elements in the 2-d array do not specify that it's an array it contains. Give this a shot:


  
    
      
        /Common/DCO_443_POOL
      
      
        
          
            443
            10.10.10.10
          
        
      
      
        
          STATE_ENABLED
