displaying ARP cache for non-default routing domain

Hi,

I have multi-segment BigIP LTM deployed. Does any one have an idea how to display ARP cache for non-default routing domain ?

Both "arp -an" from bash and "show /net arp" from TMSH display only entries associated with VLANs in default routing domain.

thanks,

Marek

  • Hi Marek,

I'm not sure on this one. If you don't get a reply here, you could open a case with F5 Support. If you get an answer could you reply back here for future reference?

    Thanks, Aaron
  • Now that bigpipe is getting old and version 11 focus on tmsh, is there a similar command that I can run in tmsh?

    I tried this:

    show | grep

but that shows nothing. I have to admit that I ran this on a version 10.2.2, is there a command in v11 that works?

  • tmsh show net arp should get you started, don't have a setup with multiple routing domains around to check for extra options.
  • e.g.

    sroot@bigip1(Active)(/Common)(tmos) show net arp
