feedback for solution bouncing back

Hi everyone,

 

I was going through one of the deployment guides of F5 and found some mistakes, as per their same document they have mentioned that if there is any feedback to be given it can be forwarded on "solutionsfeedback@f5.com", i tried sending the e-mail twice but it bounced back any idea why its happening like this. Has any one provided the feedback to F5 and has faced this issue.

    Diagnostic-Code: smtp;550 5.7.1 RESOLVER.RST.AuthRequired; authentication required

     

     

     

    I'll check with them to see what's going on and reply back here.
