Need config help with Lync iApp and single LTM pair

Going through the latest iApp for Lync 2010. Stuck on what addresses to use. My LTM's sit on my DMZ. The Lync deployment guide states that I need to use publicly routable addresses. Do I still use public addresses eventhough my LTM pair is on my dmz? Or should I use ip's from my dmz range and NAT them on my cisco asa? My ltm pair are running 11.2 HF1 and I am using the Lync iApp from 3/15/12. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
