    Oh yes. Can you describe your HA setup (and feature configuration) please and that'll give me an idea of what the cause is.

    Do you have VLAN failure checking configured? It might be that neither of them can go active because a monitored VLAN isn't available on either of them for example...

     

    That's normally logged in /var/log/ltm though. Have you looked through there?
