After switching from Microsoft TMG to F5 and iApp "f5.microsoft_exchange_2010_2013_cas.v1.2.0" users no longer can choose "Light OWA"

So after switching over to the F5 this weekend our users abroad no longer have a choice "radio button" for choosing the light mode for OWA actually don't get a page at all just the login. Now this is perfectly fine in most cases except when they need the light mode. Any ideas?

LTM version 11.5 No APM in use

You say you are using LTM v11.5, and NO APM ? Correct ?

If so, Im not sure what you mean when you say ... "actually don't get a page at all just the login"

I assume if you are using LTM only, you are load balancing to the OWA login screen ... which should still present itself in the normal way ?

    Can you explain further ?

Were not getting the OWA login page at all. Just a pop-up box for windows authentication. So no OWA login page just OWA after pop-up box.

Is OWA using Form Based authentication? If so then this would present the OWA screen with the particular options. If you have Basic/IWA configured for OWA then you simply get a logon box appear.

Could you check both your OWA authentication setup and in the iApp I think you specify what auth method is used for OWA.

    Hope this helps,
