i need to rewrite ( without redirect )  any HTTP request :

To
http://10.10.10.1:8080/XYZ/ABC&nbsp;

Assuming that your virtual server has 10.10.10.1 as IP you might be able to try something like this?
when HTTP_REQUEST {

set uri [string tolower [HTTP::uri]]

if{$uri eq "/"} {
        HTTP::uri "/XYZ/ABC
    }
}
