My customer need to implement the AFM in bridge mode by using VLAN GROUP. So Do we have to concern any point about the AFM with the Vlan group?

Assuming you are running 11.4.0 or above, and that it is not a VE it should work pretty easily.
remember that if you are using vlan tagging you will need to have a different tag between internal and external vlan on the big-ip, that is how vlan-group are working.
