    System > File Management: SSL Certificate List > then look at the Issuer section. Or export the certificate and open the file. Look on the Certification Path tab, it lists CA hierarchy.

      @Eatsman, Thanks for your reply. But I could see issuer is self for all the certificates in SSLCertificate List. Could you please let me know how can i proceed.

      Do you have SAML setup? Are you asking what SSL server cert is being used for the IdP VIP? Are you asking what SSL cert the SAML IdP uses to sign SAML responses? Are you asking what SSL certificate the bigip is using for High Availability pair communication?

    You'll find all certificates (LTM or device related) are in the PEM format which I believe is what you want. PEM is a X.509 file that contains Base64 encoded ASCII.
