Modify Virtual Edition CPU, Memory, Disk size

Hi All,

 

We are doing ASM POC on virtual edition, but customer while deploying virtual Edition ASM allocated very low resource(CPU, Disk space), but now we are facing issue like report are not getting generated, while generating report CPU is 80%. BIG IP generate core file while generating report.

 

Need support on how to modify(increase) virtual edition resource? Is there any F5 document on this. We dont want to lose existing configuration and report database.

    CPU and Memory are simple.. Just shutdown, edit the cpu and memory settings fir the VM and poweron. Bigip will use the extra cores and memory straight away.

    Hi guys,

     

    There´s anyway to change ASM VE (disk,configs,cpu,memory) so I could keep information enought for use their extensive reports built on the solution for more time ?

     

    I´d like to have the view of 30 or more days.

     

    I´ve already followed the solution that points to 3 ways of changing the number of log files, when the logs and DB are rotated but still no more thant 3-8 days.

     

    We wont have the budget to buy an EM right now ;(
