Can't Login to CLI: Authentication Method Keyboard-Interactive

Hi all,

 

I got a problem when trying to login to my customer GTM box from CLI. Everytime i try to login, the BIG-IP cli always show like "authentication method keyboard interactive".

 

This message always show whether i try login using root or admin account, and even i'm using the right password. I assume that maybe someone that manage this box before has try to restrict cli access to this box, but now i need to access it and i can't.

 

Does anybody ever met authentication problem like this before? And what you do to solve it?

    The message should be "Using keyboard-interactive authentication." and this is displayed every time a user logs in and it is just saying that you are using the keyboard to type in your authentication which in this case is the password.

     

    If you are not able to login are you getting a specific error message? Is ssh client just disconnecting? What are the settings in the UI under "System" -> "Platform" for SSH Access?
