Reducing disk size

I have BIG-IP VM with LAB License.

By default when I import, it will have 2 HD.

I increase those 2 HD to HD1.1=110GB, HD2.1=50GB. HD1.1 has content but HD2.1 is empty and no volume name

QUESTIONS:

1. Can I reduce back the HD? I have idea by DD content of HD1.1 into HD2.1 and boot from HD2.1 Is that doable? Will it change UUID or MAC address. As you know VM license will depend on UUID and MAC address.

    

2. Can I format HD2.1 using this command (tmos) install sys software image BIGIP-11.3.0.2806.0.iso volume HD2.1 create-volume
