Health Monitoring assistance

Hi,

I'm not familiar with setting up health monitoring via HTTP and would like to request assistance how can I create one using parameters provided on a tech doc that seems to lack information. Basically, the URL checks if the service is running on the LB nodes. When the LB sees that a service is not running on either of the node, it should remove it from the pool. I'm not sure if the health check should be added individually to each member or from the VIP, so need the advise. Thanks in advance and appreciate the help!

HTTP Verb: GET

HTTP-200: node available

HTTP-503: node failed
