JD Edwards logged out and timed out

Hi Everyone,&nbsp;
Have you encountered this issue where:&nbsp;
A user log in to F5 Virtual Server portal hosting JDE servers. They can access the page, they can go to transaction page. But after some idle time (probably only 5 minutes) they will be forced to logged out on the page. &nbsp;
The current TCP setting idle timeout on the virtual server is set to 1800 seconds or 30 minutes. And on the server itself is 20minutes.&nbsp;
Accessing directly the servers doesn't encounter the issue. &nbsp;
Is there anything else we can adjust with F5?&nbsp;

Have you checked the server TCP profile?  Remember both the client and server side connections have different TCP profiles potentially.&nbsp;

Yes. both have 1800 idle timeout on each tcp profile.
