Using onr loadbalancer

I want to implement a load balancer (BIG-IP 10255V) to use 2 Cache system in my network. since I have some restriction on budgeting at first I want to use only one BIG-IP 10255V, does this solution cause any failure to balance traffic between Caches.

    i dont totally understand the situation, you want to start with a single 10255 and then later add a second? a single unit is fine in principle, until it breaks and you have nothing.
