Not really, no. It would be extremely difficult. Feel free to open a support ticket to request this feature. Be specific as to what you'd like it to be replaced with. Perhaps "g6"?
We do have an enhancement request to provide encryption rather than encoding to the rewritten URL.
Your workaround would be to not use Portal Access at all and instead use LTM+APM (aka LTM-APM, aka Web Access Management) mode.
- will F5 support help in this or ask to talk to Professional Services team ?! How to do encryption instead of coding ? and will it affect anything ?!
- Lucas_Thompson_Historic F5 AccountThe way that software companies like F5 handle requests to add features to the products are by "enhancement requests". So, the URL-encryption is an enhancement request like this. Customers who open tickets and ask for the same features are added to a list of people who want the feature to be built. The Product Management team reviews these requests periodically when making the software-development schedules. Enhancement Requests with many customers are given more priority. Professional services or support will not help to develop workarounds for either of these issues. They are too complicated and risky to be accomplished with configuration changes.

what is the goal of changing that? obfuscation of product? It's extremely easy to figure out that an APM is performing the reverse-proxy function, with or without the "f5-" part.
Lucas: I thought the rewrite engine was considered a legacy functionality. Still developments/enhancements in the roadmap?
