Does the URL Filtering subscription enable SSL-Forward proxy?

Secure Web Gateway (SWG) is F5's forward proxy offering and supports SSL decryption/re-encryption and is part of APM. If you have SWG licensed i think it includes URL Filtering (it does if licensed on a VIPRION chassis not sure about other plateforms).

URL Filtering license can be purchased without SWG and be applied with limited functionality with LTM or GTM so just having URL Filtering license does not allow you to perform SSL-Forward Proxy however you can setup LTM to be a forward proxy and think could set it up to for SSL decrypt and re-encryption but not something i have done before.
