How do we know ip address of host F5 from guest?

I don't think this is possible nor intended from F5 to be working. You can see the guests mgmt-IP from the host, but not the other way round.

Why do you need this, what do you want to achieve with this?

I dont think it is possible.

You can find guest details from host but not otherway around.
