User accounts on BigIP

Hello, is there any way I can create User account on BIGIP and that account will have access to particular VIP/pool only and not to any other? I am trying to give access to App teams via REST API where they can enable/disable their servers as needed. I understand if we create partition and put VIP in there will work but creating partition is not good option at this moment. Any help, idea, suggestion is appreciated. Thanks.

    I don't think API filtering is feasible with that kind of granular control. If you have F5 support contract, I would recommend raising a ticket to confirm because the iCR is a new feature that has been seeing significant changes in functionality between different code versions. At the very least, I would say you should be in 12.1 for role based access control in iCR.
