Error- "BWC is not enabled.: unable to attach static bwc policy"

Hi,

i trying to apply iRule for shaping bandwidth with "Bandwidth Controllers" module. unfortunately after i apply the iRule i get the error: "BWC is not enabled.: unable to attach static bwc policy"

Someone can help me to understand what i missing?

my simple iRule is:

when CLIENT_ACCEPTED {

BWC::policy attach bandwidth_limit_test

}
