load balance servers over L3 network

Can LTM load balance servers over L3 network?

 

For eg. I have two interfaces in F5 with IP 10.1.1.1/24 & 10.1.2.10/24. My VIP is 10.1.1.100/24. My actual servers are 10.1.100.100 & 10.1.101.101. Can I make the F5 reach the servers thru my interface 10.1.2.10. If yes what all routes are to be added in the F5

    1. You would have to add the right routes on the F5 in order to make sure that F5 knows how to reach 10.1.100.100 & 101.101

       

    2. You would have to enable SNAT on the F5 in order to force the servers to respond to the F5.
